The Galvan Euro Nymph (G.E.N.) Series Fly Reel is purpose-built for the demands of European-style nymphing. Its combination of an extreme large-arbor design and closed frame helps solve two of the biggest challenges associated with thin Euro-nymphing lines: line management and secure containment.

The extreme large arbor improves retrieval speed and manages smaller-diameter Euro lines efficiently, while the closed frame helps prevent thin line from slipping between the spool and reel frame. Galvan also designed the G.E.N. to be compatible with Torque and Rush spools, adding versatility to the platform.
